Mark was wonderful! He performed a full diagnostic, found the problem, & corrected it. He left me with a working dryer. I’m very happy to have met Mark!

Tom was thorough and tenacious in diagnosing the issue with my riding lawn mower. The problem was not obvious and required some detective work, but he successfully fixed it. I am grateful for his diligence and professionalism.

The tech was good. But the work is not finished yet. The problem is still there. Also, I need to service the appliance as soon as possible.

Took 3 trips + a cancelation from Sears due to personnel issues. Wrong parts ordered 1st trip, technician originally to arrive by 10:00am, then sent to Blanco instead. No courtesy call to advise change in schedule, I lost a day of work, because of change. The technician was good, the problem was with dispatching.
