It look like the technician did his diagnostic over the phone. He was able to get the water out of the washing machine and that was great!

The technician was not checking everything Had to wait about a month without. AC working . When ha came first time even though the Freon was low he didn’t refill the gas He wasn’t communicating well He didn’t look at the main unit at all. So not happy with Sears co and this tech.

Winfred was great, but he needs his Sears truck fixed. He is coming in his own vehicle. Today we learned the electrical system is not working so the ice maker will not ever work! We’ve been patiently waiting for a working ice maker since 11/21/23!! This is ridiculous!!

Scam diagnostic and predatory warranty sales pitch—avoid! Rating: 1/21 Stars Do not waste your time or money on this service. My refrigerator stopped cooling, and the technician they sent out gave a completely fraudulent diagnostic just to push a whole-home warranty plan. He hooked up a gauge and claimed my condenser was "out" and it would cost $1,500 to fix. He showed me a reading of 35 PSI and claimed it was "too high" because it needed to be 25 PSI. This logic makes zero sense to anyone who understands basic HVAC/refrigeration. A reading of 35 PSI is completely normal static pressure for a resting, non-running compressor on a warm day. The 25 PSI he kept quoting is a running pressure. He used backward logic to try and scare me into a massive repair bill, then immediately pivoted to a high-pressure pitch for a monthly whole-home protection warranty. This isn't an actual repair service; it's a predatory sales pipeline disguised as one. It was a complete waste of a service call fee and a total bait-and-switch tactic. Unacceptable.

I have had a Sears multiple appliances maintenance agreement for over 35-40 years. Last 10 years have been extremely difficult. Even though,Frank, the technician was personable and professional, he had to make multiple dispatches because the initial problem --dryer not starting kept failing. I made my initial repair request around April 17 and today is May 11. I had to open two back to back repair tickets.for the same problem. I don't believe the technician was really able to do the proper diagnostics, because he was limited by the price of the components and the parts he was allowed to order. I was told Sears or AI would not authorize the parts. I don't feel AI gives good customer service, nor is it accurate. I had issues with the tickets being cancelled, numerous rescheduling ,and erroneous messaging about parts arriving and dispatch times. I have serious reservations regarding Sears maintenance agreement program and AI coordination. Sears used to be number one in the industry, but service has been declining at a rapid pace. I hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears and is brought to the the attention of whom ever is in charge.

Not a rating against the technician, but the service. I decided not to have the repair done on an "over the range" microwave because of the quoted price to repair vs replacement cost. With that, no details were provided regarding what the specific repair would entail. If that is Sears process, then that needs to change before I ever used the service again. There were parts ordered according to my description of the issues are with the microwave, so they know what the issue might be. So, why not share that?

Washer broke 3/15/25 I called my warranty agreement # Several appts were set up and cancelled at the whim of sears/a&e services 5/9 Frank showed up needs to order part 5/15 part arrived at my house No way to let anyone know 5/29 rescheduled til 6/11 6/2 rescheduled to 6/13 6/3 rescheduled to 6/16 6/16 Frank came they sent wrong part Must reorder he told me he has no bosses all fired all he has is AI He said most people are just canceling warrenty and buying a diff brand 6/16 rescheduled to 7/2 6/17 rescheduled to 7/5 6/18 rescheduled to 7/2 6/20 rescheduled to7/7 6/21 rescheduled to 7/2 6/22 rescheduled to 7/7 and 7/2 6/23 rescheduled to 7/9 6/24 rescheduled to 7/14 6/25 rescheduled to 7/9 7/2 located part says i can schedule but it doesn't let me 7/4 part has shipped to Frank Repair set for 7/9 7/4 part found says i can schedule but doesn't let me 7/6 part was delivered to me 7/7 rescheduled to 7/25 7/20--24 reminders about 7/25 Frank came replaced two part said " I'm done" I said "wait let me try it " I started washer and display said "F1" He said it just worked" I said "well it doesn't now" He took section apart and did something and replaced cover again Said "there it's working" I started it again and it displayed "F1" He said " I gotta go " and he left. My friend who witnessed this followed him out to the van and said you can't just leave it's not working... He just shrugged and said I gotta go and left I give him a Several times minus 0 rating for his lack of knowledge and professionalism Sears and this a&e factory service get the same ranting since you can't reach anyone on any of the 5 numbers I have . Even the warranty dept is only AI WHERE ARE ALL THE HUMANS AND COMPANIES WHO USED TO BE QUALITY COMPANIES I STILL NEED MY WASHER FIXED !!!!!
