Winfred was great, but he needs his Sears truck fixed. He is coming in his own vehicle. Today we learned the electrical system is not working so the ice maker will not ever work! We’ve been patiently waiting for a working ice maker since 11/21/23!! This is ridiculous!!

Was scheduled for service on May 21st from 8-5. Received a text at 4:04pm that the technician was on his way. Received another text at 6:50 thanking me for using Sears Home Services and asking me to rate the technician. The technician never showed. Called Wednesday morning and can only get AI that repeats it’s frustrating and states that there are no available appointments.

Our problems with the fridge are intermittent and they did not happen during the technician’s visit off course. We did however have video/audio recordings that clearly demonstrated the issues, yet the technician did not do anything claiming he never heard or seen these problems before and could not do anything unless he could see them himself. Complete waste of money.

Technician was rude and unprofessional. When he started to open the back of the fridge I was just curious to see what was wrong and was watching, so then he tells me he didn’t need anybody looking over him. However, he did appear to diagnose the issue. I was also surprised to be asked to pay up front for a repair that was going to be over $600 before the service was delivered - 2 week wait for the part, is that really your policy?

They did not give the correct address to the technician. Technician cancel the appointment. He then called me back and told me it was going to be $500 to $600 since my washing machine was 5 years old. It is impossible to get a hold of a supervisor they say they do not have one. Appointment with schedule between 1:00 and 5:00 no email confirmation given. These people need to figure out what they are doing this is no way to run a business.

Daquaris was the worst most unprofessional person we have ever met. We were so treated by him in our home we filed no trespassing charges on him. Sears is a terrible repair service and never will use them or recommend to others. Shane on you Sears. Hire better people. Zero is our score for the hell and stress your employee caused us today.

My experience was truly bad. Assigned by American Home Shield, they came to fix the Ice Maker of my Whirlpool refrigerator WITHOUT SUCCESS in the term of 4 months, 6 visits plus 1 no-show but also did not inform that they would not come. The frustration and anger for the unsolved problem plus all the inconveniences of organizing the day to receive them, accommodating our work, etc. Added to the impossibility of communicating with a person. On one of the occasions the technician left announcing that it was solved. An hour after he left, water began to come out, literally water from the ice maker as if it were a faucet. I tried to talk to someone, but NOTHING. Another company came and in just 1 visit managed to find the solution effectively (Appliance Authority, Aaron)
