They made us wait weeks before they came out because they wanted to order a part and have it delivered to our house. A reputable company would come to diagnose the problem before ordering parts. If they had asked us what was wrong with the machine, they would have known that the part that they ordered would not fix the problems. The technician who came said that our washing machine was not repairable. Instead of telling our warranty company that, they sent a bill for a repair that they did not perform. The part that they said that they installed arrived the day after he was here. A week later, they still have not told the warranty company that it is not repairable. It has been over a month since we have been able to do laundry. We are having to wait until they do the right thing and respond to the warranty company's calls and emails. If you are able to get this company to answer the phone, they pretend not to speak English when you tell them that there is a problem. Edit: When you Google the phone number, it comes back to A&E Appliance Repair. They have 1 to 1.5 stars on every site. I am not contacting you via facebook. I would have emailed you, except for the fact that the email address on the work order is fake.

HORRIBLE experience!!! Took a month, and my washer was never fixed. Charged me $420 upfront and never fixed my machine. Took a week to get someone here, then they didn't have any parts, then another week to get the part, after they left I opened the door and a spring clamp fell out, ran a load and leaking was still happening. THEN when I called the tech he said just order the part on Amazon and I'll come back and install it - he knew the part was bad. When I called the tech to come back, he was rude and said he was too busy and was only working with paying customers. Had to spend $65 at the laundromat and call a different company to come fix my machine. Couldn't be more disappointed.

I was scheduled for an appt this past Monday, April 15th. My window was 8-5, so all day! No one showed up or even had the common courtesy to let me know no one was coming. I called to find out what the issue was and was told, yes you were schedule today let me tranfer you... i ended up spending an hour and a half on wait with customer service before I finally gave up because no one picked up. What a waste of a day! It is now Wednesday and I've been trying to get ahold of an actual human to get this fixed but every # I dial it goes straight to the same automated messages which is extremely frustrating! I'm not sure how this company services with service like this. Very disappointing.

The technician first came to my house on 11/20/23 no call ahead to let me know they were coming. Had 20 minutes notice he was coming. The technician came to my home sick he was coughing and sneezing the entire time he was here I asked him over and over again if he was sick did he need a mask or anything he said no. He said he was not sick he was at a customers house who had cats and he was allergic to cats. The next day I was very sick and went to my work and I tested positive for COVID. Which I got from your technician that came to my house sick. I work in the medical field and am a Medical Assistant. I had been off work and had not been around anyone. I called and out a complaint in and was told someone was going to call me a supervisor well it has been - month and a day and no one has called me back. I have called numerous times about the same issue and was told a supervisor was going to call me well have not received a call still to this day. Yesterday another technician came to my house to put the part on he from the time he walked into my home and put the part on he was here a total of 8 minutes. We were charged $178.00 for a a labor charge that is robbery. We also had to wait over a month to have the part installed why is that? I would like a call from a supervisor like I was told would happen.This has been such a horrible experience I had to miss a week of week lost wages all because your technician decided to come to my home sick.
