Eleon was our service technician, this was our 3rd technician to come out. He was very knowledgeable and very nice and explain what was going on. He was on time the time he said he would arrive. He tried to fix our washer but it couldn't be fixed. Too many problems was going on with the washer. Sear decided to purchase me another one than to keep spending money on parts Thank you sears and Eleon.
