Kevin was fantastic and so friendly. Prompt on time and was very knowledgeable of his work and answered my questions and filled me in on issue. He replaced part and had my refrigerator running. Matthew, technician, was friendly, knowledgeable and interested in completing the job thoroughly and correctly. He provided excellent service. It took Sears Parts service two months to get the parts delivered. They were installed in less than an hour.
