Very friendly and professional. Will answer any questions and theres no secret to what needs to be fixed. I went thru my home warranty, so I am unaware of actual fees thru Sears.

Our service tech was very friendly, professional and took his time to listen to our concerns. I highly recommend Sears as we had another company out 4 different times and they completely screwed up our dryer and wrote a false report on the last visit! Marcy
