Great experience! Vic was so professional and explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and he got it done. Vic is very knowledgeable with the work he does, he is a man that enjoys helping people, educating them so they don't have to worry about appliances that are not working properly. I am so glad he was the technician that was sent to my home because I feel confident he did a great job. today is the day after and my washer is working perfectly. Thank you Vic.
