I had two services for my washer. In a nutshell, Vic and Luis were both easy to communicate with, competent, and overall nice to deal with. Vic came out to diagnose the problem. He explained what he found and talked about what could've caused it. He ordered a replacement part and scheduled the follow up appt while he was here. Luis came out the second time to install the part. He was in and out within an hour. Problem was resolved. I didn't have to jump through hoops to make sure it was covered under warranty. The scheduling was convenient. They initially scheduled me for around 2 weeks out. This isn't ideal. However, I was able to log in and reschedule my service for the next business day. You just have to keep checking to see when an opening pops up.
