Kevin was fantastic and so friendly. Prompt on time and was very knowledgeable of his work and answered my questions and filled me in on issue. He replaced part and had my refrigerator running. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He represents Sears amazingly well. Great job Kevin and thank you so very much!
