My Dryer quit heating. I called the repair number and within 3 hours Victor was here. Sadly the Dryer was too broken. But Victor throughly explained everything and I appreciate his professionalism. He was also a very kind man. Thank you Victor.

The technician today was great! Very nice and efficient. Unfortunately, Sears is the absolute worst to get in touch with. There is no way to reach a real person. Last week, I had an email and text message saying someone would be there. No one showed up all day. I kept trying to call and only got an automated system, saying I was on the schedule for the day. Went online and it showed. I was on the schedule but no updates. They live chat is by a robot. You go in circles because you can only use the questions he gives you. No follow up at all. In the end, the only resort was to make another appointment. Never found out why no one showed up on the day that I was originally scheduled. No way to get in touch with someone to find out.

Unfortunately I didn’t get to use the repair svcs on my microwave. Could & will replace it for about the same or less dollars than to get the part & install it. The technician was very nice and as helpful as possible. I will def use Sears in the future should the need arise. Linda Connally
