The service technician,Kevin, was very prompt and helpful. His examination of the problem and explaining the needed correction was to the point and understanding. Yes he did a great job and was very knowledgeable of the appliance and past related problem history of the appliance brand. It was a privilege to talk with someone who knows their trade. Kevin was fantastic and so friendly. Prompt on time and was very knowledgeable of his work and answered my questions and filled me in on issue. He replaced part and had my refrigerator running.
