Craftsman warranty for tractor zero turn mower only took 5 months to finally fix. First visit was a mistake done..wanting to charge for service that warranty was paid up front in full until 2026 $1166.81. Repair back out through red tape and dozen of calls to beg the task for 4 more months. By this time battery on machine died. Phone call to talk to general manager send repair tech out to finally finish repair prompted manager to do what right to fix at no charge. What is this business up to? Excellent and professional work done by Benjamin was finally completed at no fault on him. This system do not work for all. Beware.

The technician today was great! Very nice and efficient. Unfortunately, Sears is the absolute worst to get in touch with. There is no way to reach a real person. Last week, I had an email and text message saying someone would be there. No one showed up all day. I kept trying to call and only got an automated system, saying I was on the schedule for the day. Went online and it showed. I was on the schedule but no updates. They live chat is by a robot. You go in circles because you can only use the questions he gives you. No follow up at all. In the end, the only resort was to make another appointment. Never found out why no one showed up on the day that I was originally scheduled. No way to get in touch with someone to find out.
