Michael arrived 30 minutes early!! He disgnosed the problem, however, did not have a similar on hand. Regardless, he was a wonderful tech and I have nothing but the highest regard for his professionalism and patience! I HIGHLY recommend him!

The only criticism is the AI appointment setting and at first intro, some seniors won’t tolerate an AI receptionist. Other than that I liked the service provided, I liked the service person Herman. He is knowledgeable, professional, communicated well and very informative. Highly recommend this service and service person. 5 stars. Thank you, Roel Vela
