He was on time, courteous and explained the repair. My only complaint was the AI scheduling.

Our service tech was amazing! He was so through and explained all that he was going to do and how long he would be. He was on time, dressed nice in uniform and clean. He was courteous but got straight to work! Very happy with him and his service he provided!
