Hermon was courteous, efficient, and promptly diagnosed the problem. He was then able to affect a repair. Thus, dishwasher was back in service in about an hour.

Technician arrived within the scheduled slot. Repair estimate was over half the cost of a new fridge for just one water valve. He provided the part number where the part could be ordered and I could repair it myself. Wish me luck.
