The only criticism is the AI appointment setting and at first intro, some seniors won’t tolerate an AI receptionist. Other than that I liked the service provided, I liked the service person Herman. He is knowledgeable, professional, communicated well and very informative. Highly recommend this service and service person. 5 stars. Thank you, Roel Vela

The part ordered for our microwave took 2 months to get here, because the part was"upgraded" to white instead of the original silver. He took the old door apart, took the parts from the new door and redid our original door so it would match!! Great job!

I am pleased with the service that Roman has provided. He was able to get my refrigerator running again (after 4 previous service technicians had worked on it.) He explained what went wrong and how he fixed it. He was accomodating (letting me clean parts that I normally wouldn't have access to) and patient. He worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself.
