The part ordered for our microwave took 2 months to get here, because the part was"upgraded" to white instead of the original silver. He took the old door apart, took the parts from the new door and redid our original door so it would match!! Great job!

I am pleased with the service that Roman has provided. He was able to get my refrigerator running again (after 4 previous service technicians had worked on it.) He explained what went wrong and how he fixed it. He was accomodating (letting me clean parts that I normally wouldn't have access to) and patient. He worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself.

Hermon was very professional, got right to work on the washer repair. He quickly found what we hope was causing the problem. The washer did not leak while he was there. I will have to run it for a complete wash cycle to be sure. Harmon gave me some tips on dispensing detergent and loading correctly that may prevent future problems.
