Eduardo was able to quickly diagnose the problem, but only because of his many years repairing these. And he was the technician who returned to effect the repair once the part arrived. That is immensely valuable. Having the same tech who diagnosed the problem come back to fix it is worth more than you know. I hate having a different tech show up to fix the appliance than the one who diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts.

Juan was a very nice man. We got the parts just 2 days after he ordered. Then Sears kept putting us off. I'd call let them know we got parts why isn't anyone coming out? They told me they were still waiting on 1 part. That wasn't right. Juan came n put the parts on he ordered n my dryer works. We were very impressed w/ Juan, not the office people 🙄
