Technician - Great; Sears (A&E Factory Service) HORRIBLE
The service provided by A&E Factory Service (AKA Sears Home Services) Was absolutely horrific. I would never do business with them again. It took over seven weeks to get a quote. The quote was too high and my Home Warranty company refused to do the work. There is ABSOLUTELY NO PHONE NUMBER where you can talk to a person for ANY reason. You can't actually talk with a person. Always an automated system that just tells you: A) You have a service appointment (Cancel or reschedule are your options) or B) We are waiting for parts. Over a 7 week period I was never able to talk with a person. STAY AWAY I was forced to do business with then by my Home Warranty company. It took them over a month to find parts for a run of the mill GE dishwasher. I found parts in one day.
