The actual repair was good. The technician was nice and did a good job. The repair however was double the cost of nearly every other repair place. $420 to fix a dryer belt pulley?! I chose them to do the repair because I had planned to purchase a new washer and dryer soon from them. After realizing how ridiculous they charge for repairs I will be making my purchase elsewhere.

I ordered parts from sears and the only problem is that it takes forever to get them. You can’t pay extra for shipping. So we have no washer for 2 weeks. This is ridiculous. If I was to order parts from this company I’d be out of business. Ridiculous

Appointment was set & confirmed for January 13th before noon. NOBODY showed up, though your system sent message with tracking technician on the way whom never arrived.

GE Profile gas oven had problems staying on consistently from new I called GE which agreed to pay Sears to fix my oven under warranty , order the parts and get it fixed. That was in August 2025. It is now mid December before Christmas still without an oven , while Sears kept making new appointments every few days and cancelling . A couple times I took off work to wait for them to show up so I lost money there too. Talk about unprofessionalism…. On top of that, I had first technician look at it and tell me he will order the part. Since August , 2 more technicians called me that they need to stop by and see what’s wrong with the unit. Frustrated, I told them someone already looked at it and said will order parts. WHERE IS THE PART? They don’t know. So yeah, it’s just before Christmas and the oven still unisable. Just the worst appliance service ever…

After two visits, neither appliance is fixed and while waiting for parts, the servicer did not even bother to empty the water from the washer, even after it was requested specifically by us. Servicer also told us they would be able to repair our washer within 3 days adn then scheduled the return visit for a week later. We also were double charged for the visit fee and there is no clear way for us to resolve the issue. It is also good for people to know that seemingly all customer service is run via AI, it has to be the worst user experience I have encountered trying to schedule service or seek additional assistance.

The absolute worst customer experience I have ever encountered. We are 8 appointments in without resolution. The last three appointments the technician simply didn't show or showed and left without even working on the issue. Not even a courtesy call or text saying they would not be there or return. I would not even rate at one star.

He didn’t do anything when he came and did not communicate with us regarding the outcome of the appointment. My microwave is still not working. I have no idea what’s going on. My appointment was on 7/29 and it’s now 8/5 and I’m still trying to get this fixed.

The first tech came out, looked at the required repairs and ordered parts needed. Scheduled installation for a few weeks later. A couple weeks later parts came to my home and then they rescheduled my appointment to a couple days after the original date due to parts delay, but the parts arrived a week before the original date. So now they come out on my girlfriend's birthday (which is what they changed it to). The different tech opens up the stove to change the parts and says he can not install the parts due to previous signs of roach activity. I have not had roaches in over a year. The parts are already at my house and now he says he can't do the repair and leaves with the parts.
