We found Gilbert to be most helpful with our warranty repair. Gilbert made phone calls to find out what the status was on parts for our church's commercial oven when the first tech told us it was out of his hands and we would just have to wait for the parts. Gilbert told us the part was on backorder and set up an appt to complete installation after its scheduled delivery. VERY happy with his honesty. Thank you, Gilbert!
