Juan was a very nice man. We got the parts just 2 days after he ordered. Then Sears kept putting us off. I'd call let them know we got parts why isn't anyone coming out? They told me they were still waiting on 1 part. That wasn't right. Juan came n put the parts on he ordered n my dryer works. We were very impressed w/ Juan, not the office people 🙄

I had a warranty repair, but had to pay because for the service charge because Westinghouse refused to take care of the charge after calling them out to fix my ridge. Saying they didn't call. WE DID NOT CALL. John, Fridge was not fixed.
