My Tech was Juan and he was great. He was very knowledgeable about my Kenmore Elite and knew what the error code was. He discovered that the motor was overheating and had even melted the harness. His diagnosis led to the resolution of my claim. I was very pleased with his professional behavior and he also presented himself professionally.

Juan got it right but all data on my machine was wrong. Had me as a stacked unit that had previously been repaired. Every time I tried to reach out via phone it was a joke.

Jonathon and Andrew communicated well, were prepared to address the issues with both appliances, ordered necessary parts and will be back next week to complete. Dryer is fixed and am doing laundry now. They were back yesterday to install parts in washer. Jonathon did a great job coaching Andrew through the entire process.
