Knew what he was doing! Although I sure can't say that for the sears office when you call to schedule a repair or the service contract area. I have had seven service men check the air conditioner and the first one said everything was fine. The next four said the compressor was out and the unit needed to be replaced. Feve months have gone by and the contract area said they still had to send another man out to "verify" the situation. Is there no communication in the Sears system?? Wonder how much longer I will have to wait to get the unit replaced?
