Very professional but he didn’t attach the arm to start and stop ice and only at the end said it looks like the panel is no longer available.

The actual repair was good. The technician was nice and did a good job. The repair however was double the cost of nearly every other repair place. $420 to fix a dryer belt pulley?! I chose them to do the repair because I had planned to purchase a new washer and dryer soon from them. After realizing how ridiculous they charge for repairs I will be making my purchase elsewhere.

I ordered parts from sears and the only problem is that it takes forever to get them. You can’t pay extra for shipping. So we have no washer for 2 weeks. This is ridiculous. If I was to order parts from this company I’d be out of business. Ridiculous

I have been with 1st American Home Warranty for 20 yrs and they have always. Even the best. It’s taken 3 wks to get someone out here to do the job right. Took 3 businesses. Sears being the 3rd. Waiting so long was not good, but once Sears got the ball rolling, it was non stop. So many texts that were always different info. So many appts made and then more texts cancelling, more text with appts with different times. Always confused. Called and NO real person anywhere. I tried to get someone to tell me what was going on. After staying home 3 days, for the 8-5 pm given, was upsetting. Time is precious and waiting ALL day long and then the reschedule?!?Ins co saw the changes too. Today was they say! 8-5. Despite my plans, I stayed home again. Got about 6 texts with diff info. Seemed to be a pattern. They said once he was coming, once he won’t be there, and more even saying he was on his way and wasn’t! I’m blaming all this muni jumbo on the stupid AI you thought would help you. I’m not the only customer with this issue either. When the tech showed up early! I was waiting 5:24 like AI told me. Good way to loose business guys and got all this I give Sears a ZERO star rating. Sorry I had to put one star or it wouldn’t go through. Pretend it’s not there.
