On-time for appointment. Fast diagnosis. Not the news I wanted to hear but that's a reflection of the product, not the service. Always going to think service call prices are high, but that's also not reflective of the technician.

I can’t rave enough about Harvey! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He came in and within minutes figured out the problem, ordered the part, came back and again within minutes had my washer running again. Harvey knows what he’s doing. He’s just a fantastic person overall.

Harvey McClanahan was AMAZING!! He obviously knew what he was doing, and worked alone, even though having a helper to move a high-end, heavy, dual fuel range would have been nice for him. He wanted to ensure the job got done today. He fixed what had been left broken by the last servicemen. He tested everything before he left, to ensure proper functioning. I would recommend him to anyone.
