WOW is all I can say about Phillip C. We were electronically kept informed of appointment and estimated arrival time. He took off his shoes, or asked my husband if he should take off his shoes. Phillip asked me to start at the beginning and tell him what took place with my washer and what I did to solve issue on my own. Then if went to laundry room. Running test and explaining everything what he was doing to my husband. I left the men alone and when they called me - it was fixed. We were complimented on the condition of all our GE appliances based on their age. We were explained and offered a warranty plan which we chose to decline. No high pressure. I will be calling the same 1-800 # if needed in the future asking for Phillip C. Tech #5967.
