Very friendly guy but our washer is not fixed he left with it not working

Josiah was one of the best repairman I've ever had to help me. Although my warranty wouldn't follow through, he took time to explain to me what was going on with my refrigerator. He was pleasant, punctual, patient and just a really good person. Person. I will have him back again I hope. Thank you so much

Good customer service, update: refrigerator still not working properly even after part that was diagnosed, ordered, and installed. Hopefully will update after next visit.

Repair took a while but I understand these can be hard to work on. However my issue is that the old cartridge that had soap in it was replaced and when he put it in the box that the new one came in he put it in there upside down. He said they do not remove the old parts and boxes as those are the owners responsibility. I had to leave when he did and when I came back there was laundry soap all over the floor. The bottom of the box was soaked with laundry soap. Was quite the mess to pick up. At the least the cartridge should have been placed right side up in the box in the plastic the old one came in or even said something to me when it was taken out and I would have had got a trash bag and put all of that in there. I don’t mind picking up the trash but not a mess like this. The technician was very friendly and ensured the machine was working properly. I would recommend him again, just the whole leaky mess issue was very frustrating.

I have several complaints about the diagnostic service. 1 - They arrived on time but sat outside of my house for an hour. 2 - They asked me to sign something without explaining or allowing me to read it, twice. 3 - They presented the price for the repair without telling me what the problems were, I had to directly ask AFTER they had already asked for a signature and payment (which I refused until they answered). 4 - the machine had given me a fault code and I was expecting to pay for the repair of that part but they added 2 other repairs for things that have been working fine, which I did not understand. 5 - they unchanged the parts by 100s of dollars on the estimate before labor and other fees. 6 - They expect full payment of the estimate days prior to coming out to do the work. We will be using a different repair service to repair the one issue. Even so, the estimate given was 100s of dollars more than just replacing the machine. Which seems absolutely unnecessary for a repair call for a single part that the manufacture sells for less than $100. Honestly the cost of having them come out and look at it for 15 minutes seems high, too.

The technician arrived on time, was friendly and completed the washer repair in less than 30 minutes which included a quick cycle check. Thirty minutes after he departed my wife started a mid-size load of laundry. She checked the machine 15 minutes into the cycle to find a flooded first floor from the laundry room to the front door with 1-2 inches of flowing water. I had to take the day off in order to remove the water from our home. It cost me more than double the repair to address this issue and we are still in the process of getting this resolved.

The amount of rescheduling required to get this small job complete was ridiculous. ZERO ability to speak to anyone only automated confusing text messages with no response options. Only continued to use them because they were chosen through our home warranty company. DO NOT ISE

Edit: You replying with a phone number that gives me a recording and doesn’t allow me to speak to a live person just makes me even madder. Do better. Washing machine still does not work. Phillip gave us his personal number to call if we still had trouble. We have left numerous messages and texts and have yet to hear back.
