This place is not recommended at all. Several no shows at appointment times and 1 no call no show. They never make sure the issue is actually fixed when they leave. There have been parts ordered and not installed. And the washer still isn’t working correctly. I’ve tried several times to get in contact with management but no one calls back.

Absolutely horrible experience and will never use again. I scheduled a service call to fix a broken refrigerator. First - the estimated arrival time is from 7 am to 6pm. Richard S. Was supposed to be coming. He came (long enough to drive by my mailbox, take a picture then report "no one was home") I dont have dogs, no locked gates-- and no reason he couldn't tell someone WAS home - with 3 vehicles in the driveway and room to park 3 more if you wanted to. He never even pulled into my driveway (check my ring camera for that one). There is NO manager you can get ahold of to talk to about the issues. The "chat" service on their website is all artifical intelligent bots. When I did finally talk to someone (at least I think I was chatting with a real person) They said the tech can't come back today they'd have to reschedule it for a later date. No thank you. I'd rather give my business to someone else.

This company is terrible and I will never use them again. The entire process took 8 weeks for a simple fix! I had to purchase a new refrigerator in the meantime. The first technician came out, I paid him $75 and he said he ordered the parts but apparently never did. Felt like a scam! And every time I called it was a joke! I never got the same answer and they stopped answering calls from my phone number. I called from another number and was able to get through. Every time you call it is at least a 30 min wait. The information they gave me each call was never the same, one person said the parts were on a dock somewhere, or they were backordered, etc. The truth was that they were never ordered. There is no management either. Everyone I talked to said they were the “manager.” They never refunded my $75 and the entire company is VERY shady. Note: The last technician, Micah was excellent and this review doesn’t reflect him at all.
