Tom came and very quickly diagnosed the problem with our cooktop. The part was ordered and shipped directly to our house. Donald came and installed the part and made sure everything was correct. Both Tom and Donald were very friendly and professional. We've used Sears Home Services for all our appliances no matter the make or model for years and have always been pleased.

Ricky was Very knowledgeable....arrived on time ..explained the problem...and was very nice! I was very pleased with how Ricky took care of my refrigerator..he tested it himself before leaving making sure everything was working as it should be. He found a leak that was installed on Jan 5 but was not installed properly! Also the 2 items that were ordered were not needed to fix the refrigerator on January 8 so Ricky took the items with him.Anyone will be happy to have Ricky have work done for them. Thanks
