Winfred saw the piece that had broken in our 25 year old ice dispenser and said he’d order a new part. The part came in, our appointment was made and Winfred arrived within the timeframe set up for the appointment. New dispenser was installed and he was gone in less than 10 minutes. Very pleasant experience.
