Donald did great. We've had multiple repairmen here and had 2 different diagnoses. they ordered the wrong parts and then figured out what was wrong, but wouldn't order the part. It's been 10 weeks to fix a microwave. Donald came; diagnosed the problem; had the spare part with him and fixed it within an hour. We're very happy with him.
