Dquarius is an excellent repair man. He diagnosed the issue immediately and was very courteous and friendly. If I have other issues arise- Dquarius is the repair man I choose to work with from Sears.

Sears never corrects the number they send text updates to for me but that’s my complaint. They’ve come out twice from my home warranty company now and have been very professional and honest with me. Their expertise in their area is obvious. And they’re great with my dogs.
