Received a call from Donald when the morning began to set timing expectations. Prompt arrival once given arrival window. Received called once work was done to discuss next options. Price for the dishwasher fix was more than a new one so moved on.

Had to have our dishwasher motor replaced. The Sears technician(s) were great and I would rate them as a 5*. My experience with scheduling, follow -up etc is a 1 star. The only phone number on the website goes to an automated system and there is no option to speak to a live person. The chat option is the same way with very limited options for responses. It’s extremely frustrating not being able to easily reschedule or follow-up with the service Again, the service technicians were knowledgeable,professional & friendly.

Ricky was great but my service window was 8 a.m. til 12 noon. He arrived at 2:45 p.m. Not his fault but if I'd known how long I'd have to wait, I would have called another service provider.

The service technician didn’t follow up with me I had to call him. Automated systems are NOT PREFERRED. He couldn’t find any issues, so I hope I WON’T BE CHARGED if he has to come back out.

I had an appointment on Monday. Middle of the afternoon I receive a text that says I wanted to reschedule. I did not ask to be rescheduled. So I waited another week. Spoke to the technician. He said see you soon. I called him when it was getting close to 4. He said I will call you back. I get another text that says my appointment has been moved again to the next day. No explanation. I took off for three days. Your company is not reliable. You’ve lost my business.
