I had a very, very good experience with Mohammad R., the AC Technician with Sears Home Services, which I would gladly like to have him assigned for future services, and would prefer to work with Sears Home Service in the future when scheduling services with my home warranty company ❤. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and a extremely accurate and actually talked with me about the prognosis and the resolution. One of the best Technicians ever!

Donald called ahead of time and arrived within the time he estimated. He checked our oven, found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. It was good to have such an experienced repairman to do the work.
