The technician seems not very knowledgeable. He started unusable my washer and he was dropping the parts on the floor, he wasn't careful. When he told me what he thought it was. I decided not to have him repaired my washer. I then started to put some parts back, but he left the wire that goes around the gasket inside the washer. He also took two the strews that hold the cover of my washer. He also charged more than the Sears person told me when I scheduled the appointment. Overall very unsatisfied with the service.
