I'd give them about 1/10 star if I could. Their model of assigning and keeping one Tech. on an issue is absolutely awful for the customer. You are at their mercy for scheduling and they use very inferior replacement parts. AVOID THEM! Since they would have forced me to wait a whole month to get an easily available part for my washer, I opted to call another company, Grimm Appliances. Grimm had the part to me and installed within 3 hours! Grimm provides Excellent service! I'll certainly NOT be extending the warranties on my washer and dryer with Sears.

Mohammad was polite and made what he thought was a fix. However a day later my AC stopped cooling again. Had to go book another appointment which is 10 days later. A long time in Texas heat. A very unreliable company that is quick to collect payment but does not emphasize quality work or even doing the job right. 10 days later it was decided a sealant was needed. IT is now being ordered and I have no idea when it will arrive and when I can have my AC back again. Horrible experience and taking a month to fix an AC is a complete failure by Sears. Their phone number in the response by the bot is never responded to as well.

I attempted to get warranty repair on an LG microwave. Sears doesn’t give a window of arrival, just an entire day. A technician did show up but had to order a part so needed to return. The AI scheduling system scheduled an appointment day but then auto-cancelled on the day of the appointment. This happened two more times. Cancelled well into the day of appointment after I made arrangements to be available that day. It’s extremely difficult to reach a live human to resolve their AI problem and the live humans are an overseas call center with no access to the actual service provider information. I’ve never dealt with a more frustrating company. UPDATE- Sears response to my post is AI generated. The phone number is the same number that does not lead to a live human and they did nothing to help resolve my problems with them.

After a short diagnosis, repairman said the suspension was worn out. He never turned the washer on to visually see what was happening with the washer. The washer worked fine, but only periodically over the last few weeks. When he left, the washer completed a complete cycle fine. Not sure how the suspension works sometimes and other times not. He offered to repair the washer for 1,100.00. The washer is only 3 years old and displays a 10 year warranty, which he never asked about.

He went to the wrong house and just said the heater was working and closed out the work order, even thought he had been clearly told to go to the unit on the right.

recved way too many emails advising, confirming, double confirming. recved same texts multiple times. also tech texted and called and left vm. requested mutiple times to have wife as contact as she set the appointment up. stayed home and sat here. and after being barraged with way too many confirmations.......the tech did not show up. claims no one was home (which I was) and did not bother to call. then came another barrage of emails ...... what a clown show. we have another appointment now, and tech is already texting me for an appointment on 1120.

The Technician was incompetent. He claimed that there was no problem with the Dryer and that I needed an electrician and the electrician found no problem. And rest the Dryer now I'm stuck with 2 bills one for the electrician and one for the worthless sears Technician
