Refrigerator repair
first off I would like to thank Ricky for coming by tonight and fixing my refrigerator installing a new compressor in it. Sarris can be fortunate to have an individual such as him working for them not only is he is a superior technician. He is an outstanding individual, my Service appointment was for 23 October. He got an OK for the parts and repair it from my home warranty company and he stopped on his way home because he knew my wife needs to keep her meds refrigerated. He repaired it before he went home. I should be forever grateful to him if I could rate him better than outstanding if there is such a word I would thanks, Ricky

I've been remiss in not reporting sooner about my complete satisfaction with the recent service call by Dquarius. Personable, knowledgeable, competent, thorough and affordable, and these are the reasons I waited twelve inconvenient days for my repair, based on past experience with Sears. Which segues into my only criticism- it takes too long to get service.
