Donald arrived on time, was very professional, and explained exactly what he was doing as he completed the preventative maintenance service to both my stove and refrigerator. He answered all my questions courteously and made the entire process stress free. I wish I had remembered to schedule this free service throughout the warranty plan.

A fairly painless experience, however, not every tech I’ve worked with from Sears is as high caliber as Joseph.
