Our technician, Joseph, was highly communicative, prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. While our problem wasn’t solved, Joseph helped us take the necessary next steps to remedy our issue. A fairly painless experience, however, not every tech I’ve worked with from Sears is as high caliber as Joseph.

Franklin was knowledgeable, very competent, and cheerful. He didn’t gouge us by obliging a $1200 repair, instead pointing us toward a good new machine for around $500.
