He quickly diagnosed the problem with our ice maker and water dispenser. He then found the part locally, went to pick it up, and returned and quickly made the repairs. He also cleaned the dust and cat hair from underneath our fridge. We are more than satisfied with his expertise and professionalism. Very happy with our decision to go with Sears Repair Service. Also we were very surprised that we called for repairs yesterday and got an appointment for the very next day. Thank you for such great service.
