Don was thorough and very professional. He clearly explained what was wrong with our stove and then fixed it.

Ricky deserves 5 stars—he was pleasant, careful, efficient and obviously knowledgeable. But the ability to communicate before he got here deserves 1 star. An email from Sears Appliance Repair this morning told me to expect Ricky between 7:25 AM and 8:57 AM, and it said that if there were a delay in his arrival, I'd be notified. At 9:30 AM, when Ricky hadn't arrived, I got worried that he wasn't coming, so I called Sears Home Repair to ask if he'd been delayed, and if so, how long. It was impossible to reach a real person to talk to, which was very annoying. At around 10:45 AM, Ricky called to say he was on his way and would be here in about 35 minutes, which he was. I would have liked to have received the notification of his delay, as your email said I would get, but didn''t. And I would have liked to be able to check with a Sears rep on the phone when Ricky wasn't here during the window Sears sent me this morning.

Dates to repair Refrigerator weren't so easy to request... Picked a dated and they ordered parts, ... Date was set but Technician never made it that day, Received text message to pick another date But found out every day was already taken for a week, had to wait until today 10-1-24 Technician made it out today and repaired my Refrigerator with expertise and Quickness and Very Knowledgeable in repairing Refrigerator

First the appointment was for between 8 and noon. The app said 7 to 8 am..tech didn't show till 230pm and couldn't get a straight answer from customer service about arrival time. No text or calls from tech to tell us what time. 10 minutes to fix the washer and he did a good job but over 300. For 1 lid switch and installation is a bit expensive 😳 😬. And to wait all day with no consideration of our time.

The tech was very personable but the situation I had was not corrected. I spent the money for no change to my AC. I thought since the AC was from Sears I would probably get the best service from Sears, but that didn't end up to be so. The 3 stars were for the tech. He tried but didn't understand the problem.

They don't sell parts, but they want yo charge you an arm and a leg for a repair man to come and fix your $5 part.

I never get the statement on why it was denied for the service i paid the $75 dollars for nothing customers need to know why they get denied the guy said it was because my fridge had warranty and on papper it said something else

The sears technician got aggressive as soon as I refused to pay for the service he wanted me to pay for and then stole the part he suppose to replace and took off
