The wrong technician was sent to my house for my appointment. Needed a refrigerator repair and they sent someone who works on dryers. I had to have a new appointment set and they couldn’t get anyone out for 4 days.

I’ve had 4 people come out 5 times and my washing machine is still not fixed. The people on the phone told me the last technician would come back to finish the repair and I haven’t heard from anyone. The first guy was here 3 seperate times/canceled the 4th appointment, he flooded my house twice and hit on me and the people on the phone first said they couldn’t request him not to come, then said they 100% gaurentee that it wouldn’t be him and it was. Not only is nothing fixed but I felt super unsafe in my home.

The tech Dquarius came originally to compete the diagnostic check. Took a piece off the washer from the back off. He used a bowl with out permission from my pantry to put old water from the washer in. Then left it there for me to find after he was done. When he came out a week later after 1 no show, and another reschedule. Same person completed the repair. He said he left the screws that belong to the piece he took off. But at the end never put it back said it would hurt the machine. Then attempted to take it, but I said no to leave it belongs to my washer. At the end of the day you took it off and I wanted it back on. I was already upset because right after he put the washer on spin cycle to run its course the hose pops out and spills about 2 gallons of water. He attempted to help but it was also so over whelming with the amount of water. He left and I had to call my husband to come from work to assist with pulling out both appliances to make sure all water was cleaned up. Very sloppy work and service. I called more than 6x to file a complaint and speak to a supervisor nothing ever got resolved. I will never buy a single thing again from Best Buy as long as they have Sears warranty involved. I hope I never have to make another service repair again. Entire thing was a damn joke.

Even though I reported that it was my disposal that needed fixing, Sears sent a technician that admittedly did not know how to repair disposals. Instead, of getting another repair scheduled, he said I had to call and I have called twice and I still have not heard back!! Technician was polite. My problem is not with him but with Sears Home Services.

Technician changed parts left old parts on top of dryer plus charged me $53.00 to clean inside and left the dust on my garage floor for me to clean up. If this is the type of warranty service Sears give its customer them I'm changing. Tried to get the technicians attention before leaving was not successful.

Didn’t get our dryer fixed today and it wasn’t because of the door, that had nothing to do with it, needing heating element fixed, dryer was not getting hot. But they took my $85 fee, not happy, we’ve been using this warranty company forever, nothing to do with the technician
