Eric spent the majority of his time on the phone with Assurant, the warranty company. The first call dropped after 20 minutes on hold awaiting a determination. He called back and had to start over on the whole process because no information had been entered from the original call. He learned that Assurant has now turned this over to Best Buy to be covered under their warranty. He also provided tips and information about the purchase of new appliances moving forward. Great job Eric!
