He could not fix my dishwasher
I have a new Bosch dishwasher, he just looked at it and said he couldn't get the parts.

Would not listen to me
My dishwasher is still shutting off he seemed to think i was stupid about my dishwasher he was wrong i am right he refused to install a part that he ordered it was very clear that he wasn't interested in helping us I am done with First American and Sears

Rip off services
I am getting the run around. Christopher said there was a leak in the gas line. I had to set up a whole new repair job WITH the deductible payable because now it was a "plumbing" job as opposed to an "appliance repair job". I had to find a plumber myself. He just left and he tested for gas by spraying this bubbly solution in the lines. He said there is No leak and it's a problem with the appliance. So now I will have to spend additional of my valuable time trying to get sears to stand by their warranty services !!
