While performing task, customer felt uncomfortable with tech moving freely though out house. Would have preferred tech remain in work area and have her come to him. Knowledge of work preformed and bulletin was greatly appreciated.

He didn't do anything. Just because it came on said it was working. Didn't check the drying cycle which isn't working. Just guessed the filter was dirty which it wasn't

Ice maker replacement

Christopher, was very knowledgeable so much so that he said the only thing wrong with our ice maker, was a plugged line for the incoming water. Our ice maker was STILL good. However we were charged for the ice maker and labor. I guess I don't understand why he replaced something that Didn't need replacing!

Ghosted me

Jimmy was nice enough, but he didn't follow through with his promise. I need a part which he could not locate locally. I asked for the part number so that I might get friends in other locations to help with my search. He promised to send me the part number. After not hearing from him later that day, I sent a text to again request the part number. After two days I had still not received it and he had not responded. (I verified that he had read my text.) I again texted him to remind him that he had not sent the part number and again, I have received no response. He hasn't even responded to tell me if he wasn't allowed to provide any information. Very poor customer service. I will NOT be using Sears Home Services again!

The technician was fine when he finally got here. However, I waited a month from his diagnostic visit until yesterday when finally fixed. I had the parts for 3 weeks and was without a washer for 5 weeks. Probably won't use your service again because it is impossible to communicate.

Didn't even run it through a wash cycle, said he could not do anything because I didn't write down the error code it had previously shown days before. Didn't run a diagnostic on the machine. Told me my warrenty was basicly crap.

Sears repair service one of many without satisfaction!

This was the third visit to get our washer repaired! It seems to work somewhat! However, it now seems to grind and make noises it has never made before. We were told that we needed to stop and restart the machine whenever it goes from wash cycle to rinse and then to spin. That does not stop the grinding and growling noices it is making. When on wash cycle it makes a racheting noise it has never made before. I am afraid with the poor service we have received on our washing maching. We can not recommend the Sears extended warranty program to anyone!

He was polite but said I would have to pay because my warranty on my washer doesn't go into affect for 3 months. That's not what the Csr explained to me. He left be fore I could put a load in. It makes noise when it first starts on the wash cycle with clothes in.
