Samsung Oven
Jimmy was very nice and professional. My oven needed to be recalibrate but he could not figure out what to do. He chatted with other technicians but still could not get it done.

Since I was unable to talk to any one except a guy in Phoenix and some how the address was wrong and to a non existent address jimmy did call me and I tried to give him directions to the Palo Duro club. He tried to use navigation which seldom gets it right. It took him 45 minutes and two more phone calls to get him to the gate. Once he found it he was very efficient and took 10 min to put the new ice maker in. I'm concerned I seem to have been charged for all that time. I tried to correct the address when I saw it was wrong but apparently no one saw the change. It would have been nice to talk to a human. Every call to jimmy went to voicemail but the mailbox was full

Jimmy and the gentleman who came before were very professional and polite. My only problem was I was scheduled to complete this repair on May 24th and then May 27th again on May 30th and no one ever came. I tried to call but just got an automation that could not answer my questions because I was not working on scheduling an appointment or canceling an appointment. That is what needs some attention. AGAIN the technicians were awesome!

Eric was fine today, but did not have the background information he should have. The problem with the refrigerator has been going on since September 20. The first thing the first technician said was that it needed to be replaced, but then he made a telephone call and had to order a part -- now 3 weeks later, the refrigerator still needs to be replaced. The technicians have all been friendly and knowledgeable, but the customer service aspect of your company needs to be replaced. It stinks.

i filed a claim with 1st american home warranty and they sent this sears guy. he says my dishwasher needs replaced because its uneconomical to work on. today i called 1st american and they said they have no record of service from douglas m. need this fixed asap

Douglas' effort and work was great however the machine itself and the previous installation was terrible! After Douglas' hour 1/2 effort trying to fix our dishwasher, he still couldn't get it to fill with water or to run. If I was to rate his work alone, I would give him 5 stars but because my machine is still dead that is why I gave it a 3.
