Eric was honest about there being a refrigerant leak somewhere in the system that was not observable & that replacing several components may not fix the issue since there were no clues to where it was. If is is within the sealed areas it wouldn't be repairable.

Jimmy did a great job! He could tell the suspension rods on our washing machine were bad when he looked at the gap between the tub and the top of the washer. He ordered the parts and came back a week later to do the repair. Very good at responding to texts and letting me know when he was on the way so I could leave work, get to the house, and lock up the dogs.

Jimmy diagnosed the problem with my dryer quickly and with no issues, fully explained the problem and my options. Plus, he's professional and a genuinely nice guy, had a good conversation, I highly recommend!
