The Sears technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and ensured the repair was completed with excellent attention to detail.

Tech was amazing. But the person you set up the appointment with not so much. Also computer sent a text stating he was on his way and 3 hours later he arrived. I had to take off work and wait until he arrived. I also don't think the first tech that worked on my washer fixed it properly and that's why a second tech had to come fix again.

Miscommunication before but Jimmy came out when he wasn't supposed to. Great guy to communicate with came out a second time and get us looked at and parts ordered. Came back out to do our service work and told us about the issues and what to look for in the future. I'd highly recommend him to anyone for their tech and I'll be asking for him to come back out for any future issues I may have.

Jimmy was an excellent technician and took the time to figure out what the issue was. So if you ever need your Dishwasher or any kind of appliance worked on request Jimmy. Jimmy they only allowed 5 **** stars above if they would I'd give you 100 of them. Thanks for getting our DISHWASHER back.
